How soon after I sign up can my search engine be up and running?: Once the paperwork is filled out and both parties have a copy, your search engine can be added to your pre-existing site in less than 5 minutes.
What is Search Slinger™?: Search Slinger™ is a feature-rich MLS search engine and lead tracking tool combined. It allows your clients the ability to really narrow down their searches, meaning less work for you, and it allows the Realtor to be able to weed out the potential buyers by being able to see how serious a potential client is.
Can’t I get the same tools directly from my MLS?: The MLS offers a basic solution for Realtors and does not provide the advanced search and lead capturing tools that can be found in our Search Slinger™ solution. Search Slinger™ offers personalization of the MLS, so that you can be sure your potential clients know your name, and that all inquiries go directly to you.
What is RETS and who can use it?: RETS stands for Real Estate Transaction Standard. It allows real estate professionals to display property listings from Multiple Listing Service (MLS) online. RETS is what Search Slinger™ uses to provide brokers and agents with near real-time listing updates for their websites.
Do I need to have a web site to offer RETS?: Yes, a web site is needed to offer RETS data. If you already have a website that you are happy with, we can simple Iframe in the RETS solution.
